KC30X Brake Disc Carrier

We have updated this disc carrier for 2025. It is now double sided and a disc can be mounted either side.

30mm x 50mm ProKart Hub

We have added this superb 30mm x 50mm hub to our range. Designed for the Cadet/Pro Kart classes this hub comes finished in a black anodise, double pinch bolts and wheel studs with guide to eliminate cross threading.

25mm x 40mm Bambino Hub

We have added this superb 25mm x 40mm hub to our range. Designed for the Bambino class this hub comes finished in a black anodise.

Zip Kart KC30X Mounting Bracket

We have upgraded and improved our mounting bracket for the Zip Kart chassis. One for Rotax and one for Honda the new bracket is manufactured from Aluminimum and stiffens up the caliper offering more efficient braking performance.

115mm Three Spoke Cadet/Bambino Front

Further to our new 115mm three spoke front wheel for hub mounting, we now offer a version with bearings for direct mounting.

105mm Super Offset Cadet/Bambino Front

Manufactured from our new 105mm wheel mould this rim offers a further 5mm off offset than the standard rim. Fantastic performance in wet weather.

25mm Disc Carrier

This new 25mm disc carrier replaces our old spider type disc carrier. Now manufactured from aluminimum billet and has a double 76mm location so a disc can be mounted on either side.

We have been manufacturing this hub from heat treated cast aluminimum for over 30 years. Now for 2021 the new hub will be manufactured from aluminimum billet.

95mm/105mm Cadet Front Wheel

We have upgraded our JET-95C cadet rim. We have reduced the bearing spacing by 5mm which in turn has also reduced the offset by 5mm. We have also manufactured the rim from a new stiffer heat treated aluminimum. Wheel measures 95mm across the tyre beads and 105mm total width.

The wheel now matches the bearing configuration and offet of the popular slick rim fitted to the Synergy chassis.

Tested on the Synergy cadet chassis the result is a rim which offers greater flexibility in the tyre making them warm up quicker offering better grip when needed.

105mm/115mm Offset Cadet Rim

We have added another new wheel to our range of aluminimum kart rims. This wheel is 105mm across the tyre beads with 115mm total width.

Extensively tested on the Project One cadet chassis the new wider rim stiffens the tyre and widens the contact area on the tarmac. This can reduce grip when less grip is needed. This rim can also offer fantastic wet weather performance.

140mm/150mm 3 Spoke Rear Wheel

We have added a 140mm/150mm cadet rear wheel to our range for 2018. Measuring 140mm across the tyre bead and 150mm overall width this is our widest cadet rear wheel.

This rim will reduce grip in warm conditions.

KC30 Caliper Weather Shield

We designed and developed a weather shield for our KC30 caliper.

Manufactured from stainless steel the new part is spring loaded and clips on and off the caliper. Designed to be used in damp and wet weather this will protect the pads and pistons from all the dirt that gets thrown up in wet conditions.

Lightweight Cadet Rim

We have a new version of our popular 100 offset cadet rim now available. The new rim uses 61903RS bearings with a smaller spacing which makes this rim stiffer offering more grip. This also gives greater movement on the stub axle meaning this wheel can be used in changing conditions.

As a result of the smaller bearings we have managed to shave 100g off the weight of the rim when compared to a standard 100mm offset.

KC30 Brake Pads

We now offer three different types of brake pads for our KC30 brake system:

Green - Soft - Offers good grip on the disc with increased pad wear

Blue - Medium - Good all round pad and the std fit in our brake systems

Red - Medium/Hard - Offers better modulation with good pad wearing properties

All three compounds are designed to be used on our standard and stainless steel disc options.

KC30 Mounting Bracket - Synergy

We now have available our new stainless steel mounting bracket for our KC30 caliper. This enables the caliper to be fitted straight onto a Synergy chassis for IAME or the Honda Cadet class.
